Number and Title of all backing tracks
Please ensure all backing tracks are saved to a USB and posted to Andover BID, 71 HIGH STREET, ANDOVER, SP10 1LP at least 2 weeks prior to the event or handed directly to the TRAVELLING CUPCAKE, HIGH STREET in an envelope marked with your act name and C/O INANDOVER.
Please provide a short statement about the group performing which can be used in the promotion of the event and that the Compere can announce before you take to the stage. Please also email any promotional photographs to events@andoverbid.org.uk
