Andover Carnival

The Andover Carnival is back for 2023.

There will be entertainment and fairground rides as usual in Vigo Recreation Ground from 12 noon until 9pm.

There is a fabulous line up at Vigo Park this year along with the amazing rides and over 30 stalls. A wonderful array of food and drinks will be available in the park. There will also be a variety of activities to take part in, lovely items to purchase and information to be obtained about all manner of wonderful community organisations and charities.

This year there will also be lots of exciting stuff going on throughout the High Street too! We have a stage on the High Street this year too, some storytelling, face painting, food, outdoor softplay, penalty shoot out and full on Circus Skills entertainment and opportunities to have a go too!!

The Carnival’s 10th Road Procession will take place for floats and walking groups to entertain the watching crowds. The Procession will commence from 4 p.m. outside Tesco’s on Weyhill Road, down into town and through Bridge Street around 4.45pm and up to Vigo Park at 5.30pm.

The two charities that this year’s event will be raising money for are: Koala and Me & My Dad Club.
