Romsey and Andover Libraries together host the LARA festival (Libraries and Art in Romsey and Andover) this was originally due to be held as part of Test Valley 2020 Borough of Culture but has been postponed until now.

A variety of events, activities and workshops will take place throughout the week at both libraries promoting the work of local artists, crafters, authors and illustrators and inviting people of all ages to take part.
