Time to Talk Day is coming 1 Feb 2024!

Check out what we’re getting up to across all 3 centres.

Everyone is welcome to come along to any of these events, but if you don’t currently use our services, it would be great if you could let us know you will be attending by calling your selected centre.

10-11.30am – Art Group
12.30-2pm – Poetry and Creative Writing
2.15 – 3.30pm – Walk and Talk – join us for a walk around Rooksbury Lakes
3.30pm – Tea and Talk – join us for tea/coffee and to chat about mental health and wellbeing
