ANDOVER BID BOARD
The voluntary BID Board of Directors, comprises a dynamic set of committed individuals drawn from a mix of stakeholders of large and small organisations comprising varying sectors of the levy-paying membership of the town with up to twelve directors and the BID Manager.

THE BOARD’S ROLE
The BID board works to set strategy, provide strategic leadership, and oversee the work of the BID in meeting the objectives set out in its 5-year plan. The Board upholds and develops the brand of the company to reflect the type of Business Improvement District company that we are, providing entrepreneurial leadership, setting the company’s values and standards, strategy, and policy development, and ensuring that the human and financial resources are available to achieve objectives.

- Professional Services/Office sector

- Accommodation provider
- Charity Sector

When there is a vacancy for a role on the BID board, applications are encouraged from any town centre levy-paying business and will be considered subject to the applicant having the correct and necessary skillset and suitability for the balance of the Board.
